This policy describes how Tiger Aesthetics BioDerma ("Tiger BioDerma", "we") handles information in Carat, our order management platform at carat.tigerbioderma.com, including the SMS order-notification program described in our SMS Program Terms & Conditions.
Information we collect
- Business contact information for customer accounts: names, work email addresses, work phone and mobile numbers of staff at purchasing practices, and per-contact communication preferences including SMS consent with a timestamp.
- Order and billing information: orders, invoices, shipments, and payment status for your organization's purchases.
How we use it
- To process, fulfill, ship, and bill orders you place with us.
- To send transactional communications about your orders by email and — only with recorded consent — by SMS (order confirmations, shipment notifications, payment links and receipts, invoice reminders).
SMS consent and mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, excluding the service providers we use to deliver messages (such as our SMS delivery provider) acting on our behalf. All other categories of use exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.
You can revoke SMS consent at any time by replying STOP to any message.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that operate the platform on our behalf (hosting, payment processing, message and email delivery, accounting), each bound to use it solely to provide their service, and where required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Security and retention
Access to Carat is restricted to authenticated, authorized users; data is encrypted in transit. We retain order and consent records as required for business and legal purposes.
