SMS Program Terms & Conditions
Tiger Aesthetics BioDerma — Carat Order Notifications program. Last updated: August 24, 2026.
1. Program description
Tiger Aesthetics BioDerma ("Tiger BioDerma", "we") sends transactional text messages to customers of Tiger Aesthetics BioDerma about orders they have placed. Message types are limited to: order confirmations, shipment notifications, secure payment links and payment receipts, and invoice due-date reminders for the customer's own orders. No marketing or promotional messages are sent on this program.
2. Opt-in (how you consent)
Recipients are staff at medical practices and clinics that purchase from Tiger Aesthetics BioDerma. You opt in when placing an order with your Tiger BioDerma sales representative or account manager: with your agreement to these terms, the representative records your mobile number and SMS consent in Carat, our order management system, where it is stored per contact with a consent timestamp. No text messages are sent to a contact without recorded consent.
Upon opt-in you receive a one-time confirmation message:
"Tiger BioDerma: you're opted in to order updates and payment links for your Tiger Aesthetics BioDerma orders. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies with your order activity — typically 1–5 messages per order.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Tiger BioDerma does not charge for this program.
5. Opt-out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Opt-outs are honored automatically and your consent flag is cleared in our system; you will receive no further messages except a single opt-out confirmation. You can opt back in through your sales representative.
6. Help and support
Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at orders@tigerbioderma.com.
7. Privacy
Our handling of your information, including mobile numbers and SMS consent, is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
8. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include all major U.S. carriers; message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.
